What is the process for developing a Regional Knowledge Strategy?

How do we get started on a Regional Knowledge Strategy?

• First, one or more staff from your region joins the Regional Knowledge Leaders training program where they will learn how to facilitate the Strategy process and access help and resources.
• Then, your region is facilitated through a five-stage Regional Knowledge Strategy development process designed to take the region from its current situation through to tangible information and knowledge interventions and projects and an ongoing process to make sure things happen.
• The Regional Knowledge Strategy process has been developed and refined through Regional Knowledge Strategy pilots with five regional NRM bodies around Australia.
