In your reading and searching for information you’ll find references to books, journal articles and/or conference papers. The next question then becomes: 'How can I get a copy of that book/journal article/conference paper?' Document delivery services can supply you with full text copies of articles from journals, conferences or a chapter from a book. You can also obtain copies of photographs, pictures, maps, manuscripts, music, or sound recordings.

The National Library of Australia (NLA) provides a service to anyone in Australia called 'Copies Direct' and all State and Territory Libraries also offer document delivery services.
