The Records Management Association of Australasia offers a wide range of activities supporting the profession of records and information management. Data management expertise - The Data Management Association (DAMA) is a vendor independent, not for profit professional association of data and information management practitioners. Its primary objective is to "promote the understanding and practice of managing information and data as key business assets". There are active DAMA chapters in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra.
