What is the process for developing a Regional Knowledge Strategy?

How do we get started on a Regional Knowledge Strategy?

• Identify the Regional Knowledge Leaders in your region, who have been trained in how to facilitate the Strategy process and access help and resources. If there are no Regional Knowledge Leaders in your region, you may be able to engage one of the State/Territory level people who have also been trained, or alternatively a Leader from a nearby region.
• Then, your region is facilitated through the five-stage Regional Knowledge Strategy development process.
• The Regional Knowledge Strategy process has been developed and refined through Regional Knowledge Strategy pilots with five regional NRM bodies around Australia.
