As a Program Officer for the Land & Water Australia Knowledge for Regional NRM Program Bruce led the development and implementation of a Regional Knowledge Strategy process for the 56 regional natural resource management (NRM) organisations throughout Australia. This work included the development of this Regional Knowledge Resource Kit and the conduct of the Regional Knowledge Leaders training program.

Bruce has worked in the natural resource management field for 17 years. He has worked extensively in Landcare and Catchment Management in South East Queensland with an emphasis on biodiversity conservation and land planning, and has also carried out a diverse range of natural resource management projects for South East Queensland local governments and QLD and NSW State Government agencies and universities.
